Amy Dandrade has been homeschooling for since 2007, and tutored at various homeschool co-ops since 2014.  She has served as the Executive Director and in various instructor capacities since REX began.  

Dawn DeMille has been homeschooling for 20 years, and graduated her eldest son several years ago. Before to joining REX, she spent over a decade tutoring in homeschool programs, and taught in the public and private school systems for 7 years prior.  In addition to her Board duties, she instructs 9/10 American Literature; and Introductory/Intermediate Logic. 

Jennifer Richardson has been homeschooling for 9 years.  In addition to her Board duties, she instructs 11/12 Worldview; and Critical Thinking for Worldview.

Kristina Steinmetz has been homeschooling for 7 years, and has tutored at several co-ops. In addition to her Board duties, she serves as the Special Events Coordinator.
